Actress and celebrity mom Ellen Adarna treated her followers with more photos of a memorable beach escape in Palawan where she went, together with her children Elias and Lili, former partner John Lloyd Cruz and his girlfriend, visual artist Isabel Santos.
Earlier this month, Ellen first teased the vacation through her Instagram Stories, posting snapshots from the luxury private island resort, Amanpulo. On March 7, the actress delighted followers even more after uploading a fresh batch of photos and clips on her Instagram page.
Several images captured tender and playful moments during the trip. In one photo, Elias and Lili were seen bonding with other kids around a bonfire by the seashore at night.
Ellen also shared candid snaps of herself carrying her youngest child, Lili, along with a compilation of breezy seaside selfies. One short clip even showed Elias exploring the ocean as he went scuba diving with sea turtles.
“The vacation we all needed. Cleansed by the sea and blood moon and far away from all the noise of the world ❤️,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Fans also caught a glimpse of the playful dynamic between John Lloyd and his son Elias. In one clip, the father and son duo were seen teaming up for a tennis match, while another photo showed Ellen posing with her children alongside her former partner and his girlfriend Isabel in what appeared to be a warm family snapshot.
Ellen later revealed that the trip came together quite spontaneously. According to her, John Lloyd and Isabel invited them on the five-day getaway with a one-day notice. Isabel also candidly mentioned it in the comments section.
“one day notice😂 lahat nagulat! buti free kayo🩷🩷,” Isabel wrote.
Ellen responded in the same playful tone, saying, “planuhin ng advance ang perisher haaaaa at maloka akooooo ahhaahahahha luhhhhh lololol.”
The actress ended her caption with a reflection on the experience.
“To many more memories like this ❤️❤️❤️ #corememories #milestones,” her post’s caption continued.

Ellen has previously spoken openly about their co-parenting setup, sharing how John Lloyd continues to support her and their son Elias.
“In fairness talaga kay JL, wala akong masabi. Hindi na kailangan pagsabihan. And huwag niyo na itong gawing chismis ha kasi JL and I are better off as co-parents, as in super okay kami sa co-parenting namin,” she shared.
She went on: “Chika lang. So when he found out that we moved houses, si Elias, anak niya, kasama. You know what, he offered like, ‘Len, kung ano man kailangan niyo, just let me know. Baka makatulong kami.’ Di ba? Nagkusa. So there. Iba talaga ang taong ganyan, yung (may) kusa.”
She also spoke about John Lloyd’s presence in their son’s life, noting the strong bond the two share.
“John Lloyd is always Elias’s father figure because he’s present. Elias is very in love with John Lloyd. They have a very close relationship.”
She added that she was especially grateful for John Lloyd during a difficult period, including when she and her husband Derek Ramsay went through a separation.
“So, when the breakup happened, of course I thanked John Lloyd. Thank you kay John Lloyd. Because imagine if you’re not there? Imagine if you’re not present?” she said. “Super silang close ni John Lloyd to the point na when John Lloyd brings Elias to me, Elias cries [and says] ‘I miss my dada, I miss my dada.’”
Ellen likewise had kind words for Isabel, describing their relationship as warm and easygoing.
“Oo dai. Chika galore kami dai. She is so nice. Elias loves her. She is cool. She is pleasant. And she is fun, grabe ang sense of humor,” she previously said.
