MANILA — Khy Cepada is in disbelief after she was selected by Capital1 in the 2026 PVL Rookie Draft.
Cepada is now entering her professional career after concluding her UAAP stint in University of the East.
"'Yung PVL idol ko po ngayon is si Ate Belle (Bella Belen) po, so parang sabi ko po, hala nung sineshake ko po yung hand niya doon sa stage, parang sabi ko, 'Oh my God, totoo ba 'to?' she said on the sidelines of the draft held Wednesday at the Novotel Manila Araneta City in Quezon City.

Cepada, who was one of the draft aspirants who impressed during the Draft Combine held days before the proceedings, vowed to give her all to her new squad.
