Birthday celebrant Marsy wasn't expecting his special day to become even more memorable when he and Lucky Star partner Abdul were named the celebrity players for "Kapamilya Deal or No Deal's" August 2 episode.
Abdul greeted his close friend with a heartfelt "Happy birthday" and wished him continued success as he pursues his dreams. The actor-content creator also reaffirmed his unwavering support for Marsy, saying, "Sasamahan ko siya hanggang sa dulo."

Showcasing more of their charm as a tandem in their introduction video, Abdul and Marsy reminisced about the time they were part of the same cheering squad at San Beda University. The two also shared that they frequently won the Miss Gay pageants organized by their team manager for the male members of the squad.
After a brief moment of hesitation, the comedic duo decided to swap their original briefcase number 14 for Jannah Alanise's briefcase, number 6. Their decision was influenced by a series of coincidental encounters they had with the number, which they took as a good sign.
For the first briefcase in the opening round, Abdul and Marsy immediately chose to find out the value of their originally assigned briefcase. Although initially caught off guard, the two were relieved when it revealed only ₱100,000.
The tension rose after they uncovered the ₱500,000 prize in the next briefcase. Just as it seemed their luck was running out, however, Abdul and Marsy turned things around by consecutively eliminating the ₱1, ₱25, and ₱1,000 amounts from the money board.
During the second round, Pambansang Host Luis Manzano asked the duo how they planned to use the elusive ₱1 million jackpot if they won. While they had different goals in mind, both shared the desire to help others. Abdul said he would use his share to provide food for children living on the streets, while Marsy hoped to donate his portion to support dog shelters. Their dream of making a difference remained within reach, as ₱150,000 was the only six-digit amount eliminated during the round.
Thanks to Abdul and Marsy's impressive performance, the Banker had no choice but to keep increasing his offers throughout the game. However, the comedic duo's streak of favorable briefcases came to an end in the seventh round when they eliminated the ₱250,000 cash prize from the money board.
In the eighth and final round, Abdul and Marsy took a bold risk by choosing briefcase number 13—a number many people believe brings bad luck. Their gamble paid off when the briefcase revealed only ₱5, leaving them thrilled with the outcome.
With only ₱125,000 and the ₱1 million jackpot remaining on the money board, Abdul and Marsy wasted no time weighing their options. Confident in their instincts, they boldly turned down the Banker's tempting final offer of ₱560,000.

Their leap of faith ultimately paid off as they uncovered the ₱1 million jackpot inside their chosen briefcase. Abdul and Marsy made history by becoming the first millionaires of the current season of "Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal."
Still overwhelmed by their win, the pair couldn't help but shed tears of joy. Fresh from resolving a disagreement with his mother, Abdul shared how the moment felt especially meaningful to him. Overwhelmed with happiness, Marsy expressed his gratitude, saying, “Nagpapasalamat ako sa Diyos. … Ngayon lang ako naniwala sa sign, na ito ‘yung nasa panaginip ko. Itong number na ‘to!”
