During their heart-to-heart conversation at the hospital, Rudy (Joey Marquez) opened up to Gabo (Coco Martin) about his love story with his late mother, Belinda (Cristine Reyes), as well as the wealthy life they once lived.

Before dying after being stabbed by one of the criminals who attacked them one night, his boss entrusted Rudy with a treasure map revealing the exact location of the hidden fortune.
While Ricardo and Mariano both decided to abandon the treasure hunt after seeing no signs of progress, Rudy chose to continue the search on his own and eventually discovered the long-lost gold. His success was driven by his unwavering faith and the lucky coin that guided his decisions and ultimately led him to the hidden fortune.
After securing the treasure, Rudy prepared himself to return to the Golden Rose Beerhouse to pursue the greatest reward he had truly been seeking all along—Belinda. Determined to win her heart, he did everything he could to earn her attention and affection until he finally succeeded in making her fall in love with him. In the end, Belinda accepted his marriage proposal and agreed to become his wife.
