What the NCIA team led by Sam (Julia Montes) expects to be a straightforward entrapment operation to finally capture Mr. Chan (Mike Castillo)—their second target in the gold-smuggling case assigned to them—suddenly turns into a chaotic four-way battle when Gabo (Coco Martin), who goes on a solo flight, and Lucas Zafra (Ronwaldo Martin) with his armed group unexpectedly enter the fray.
As both Gabo and Sam arrive there with the same objective of accomplishing their mutual mission of catching Mr. Chan and bringing him to justice, Lucas has a different agenda. He and his henchmen launch a surprise attack not just to finish off the Chinese businessman, but to also get back the gold bars and money that he acquired during his transaction with Lucas' older brother, Victor (JM de Guzman), before the authorities arrested the latter.
While Sam is backed by her reliable NCIA colleagues who are heavily armed and prepared for combat against Mr. Chan and his gang, Gabo, on the other hand, is only equipped with metal hunting slingshot, nunchucks, and whatever weapons he could find around him. In spite of their different approaches, both Sam and Gabo display remarkable fighting abilities, admirable courage, and an unwavering determination to complete their mission.
As the battle intensifies, Sam exchanges gunfire with Lucas and his group, eventually managing to shoot him in the shoulder. Although Lucas and his men attempt to continue fighting despite his injury, they soon realize that they are at a disadvantage and can be wiped out, so they decide to retreat and head back to the Zafra mansion.
Meanwhile, Gabo takes on Mr. Chan’s armed men, who initially surround and try to gang up at him, only to be singlehandedly defeated by him in the end. He then comes after his main target and his remaining bodyguards as they attempt to escape along with the attaché cases containing the gold bars and money that Mr. Chan is supposed to smuggle out along with his other cargoes.
To make it easier for him to capture Mr. Chan, Gabo switches off the main source of power in the area of the warehouse. He silently takes down the remaining guards one at a time, incapacitating them with his brass knuckles until only Mr. Chan is the only one left standing. After briefly stunning his target, Gabo restrains him with coils of barbed wire, ensuring that he wouldn't be able to move or escape.
Just as Gabo secures Mr. Chan, Sam suddenly arrives at the scene and switches on the lights, prompting Gabo to quickly collect the two attaché cases and run out of the warehouse. She tries to stop him by firing a warning shot, but Gabo ignores it and continues running away. So, she and her team simply proceed to arrest him.
