After retrieving the motorcycle belonging to one of his father Rudy's (Joey Marquez) customers with the help of his friends, Gabo (Coco Martin) heads straight to the hospital to visit Rudy and check on his condition.
His stepmother, Betchay (Irma Adlawan), Aunt Mameng (Ces Quesada), and Uncle Dante (Julio Diaz) are relieved and delighted when Gabo shares the good news with them, as it means Rudy can finally undergo the much-needed operation now that they are set to receive the long-awaited payment from the customer.
As he is about to enter his father's room, Gabo is utterly horrified to find Rudy suffering from a convulsion. He immediately calls for the nurses and the doctor, desperately pleading with them to do everything they can to save his father. He continues calling out to Rudy as the nurses restrain him and rush him out of the room for them to be able to attend to the patient well.
At that moment, all Gabo, Betchay, Mameng, and Dante can do is helplessly and anxiously watch as the medical team attends to Rudy, holding on to the hope that he will survive.
