Knowing that he had hurt the feelings of his biological father, Don Gustavo (Dante Rivero), during their last conversation, wherein he blurted out things that unintentionally hurt his feelings, Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) went to his office to personally apologize to him.
The old man assured his son that he completely understood him since he went through the same phase before, as well as felt the same pressure and emotions that he has been feeling.
In return, Miguelito told him that their current situation had made him realize that they needed to be all the more reunited now than ever before during crises like this. He also conveyed his fear of losing in the elections since he doesn’t want to be a disappointment to their family, most especially to Don Gustavo.
As he brought up the dilemma faced by his Roberto (Albert Martinez), Don Gustavo defended his firstborn by telling Miguelito that his half-brother actually knows all too well his role in the family—to take care of their family, wealth, and power. With Miguelito still doubting the capability of Roberto to resolve their election-related woes, Don Gustavo reminded Miguelito that whatever the results of the elections may be, he would certainly be there for him to support and carry him along.
