After seemingly overhearing Rigor (John Estrada) tell Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) not to give her “princess treatment”, Erika (Gillian Vicencio) takes the initiative to clean the house. Santino tries to stop her, but she refuses and continues with the chores until she passes out.
She initially declines Santino’s offer to take her to the health center for her to be checked by a physician, as she fears being identified by anyone as a Guerrero scion. But Santino insists, reminding her that they have to do it for the welfare of their unborn child, which apparently touches Erika, so she obliges.
The doctor tells Santino that Erika needs to take bed rest and refrain from getting stressed, then gives him a prescription for the medication she must take to ensure that their baby will hold on to her womb. Since he couldn’t think of any way to conceal her identity, Santino simply introduced Erika as “Mrs. Dimaguiba”, which made her mock him.
He tells her not to worry, as he vows to take good care of her and their baby and protect them at all times. While it’s supposed to be a mushy moment, Erika shatters it by asking Santino if he can also do so for them when it comes to his father and warning him that Rigor will eventually find out about it once her belly begins to bulge.
