Even though the number of votes added onto him has significantly helped him inch closer to his tightest rival and the mayoralty race frontrunner, Tanggol (Coco Martin), it’s still not enough for Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) to overtake him.
Anxious about his looming loss to Tanggol, Miguelito lashes out at Roberto (Albert Martinez) for his insufficient effort in making sure that the Guerreros are going to win the elections again. Don Gustavo (Dante Rivero) assures him that he will never let their family be defeated, especially when it’s against the Montenegros, and that everything is under Roberto’s control.
As Miguelito airs his doubt regarding the competence of Roberto to resolve their dilemma, the latter advises him to have some introspection first and ponder if he really deserves to become the next mayor of Manila. This, of course, has offended Miguelito, prompting him to remind them about the importance of these elections to their family, most especially for the forthcoming term since their lives are at stake. Thus, he imposes on them that it’s indeed their responsibility to ensure his victory.
