Upon arriving at the police station, Rigor (John Estrada) immediately gets into a little trouble as he bumps into a stranger with whom he has a brief argument. He relays what just happened to his colleague-slash-best friend Mando (Allan Paule), who advises him to calm down and just let it pass because the man might have gotten impatient while applying for a police clearance.
Police General Bermano then pays them a surprise visit to inform them that an officer-in-charge is going to be assigned to their police station while the reorganization in NLEA goes on following the deaths of their former chiefs of police. And he’s none other than PLT. Hector Victorino (Aljur Abrenica)—the same man whom Rigor bumped into earlier.
Hector spots Rigor, who feigned his perplexity upon seeing him, as soon as he enters the conference room and takes over the meeting, enumerating to them his rules as the OIC of their station.
