P/Lt. Hector Victorino (Aljur Abrenica) couldn’t help but be furious upon seeing that many of his subordinates were severely wounded and were even killed during their three-way battle against the groups of Tanggol (Coco Martin) and Angkong Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro).
His anger further amplified as Rigor (John Estrada) reported to him that he and his team failed to arrest Tanggol and his friends, as well as to take back Ramon (Christopher de Leon) from the Red Phoenix group—both had managed to escape from them.
This triggered Hector to hurl insults at Rigor anew, telling him that it was such a huge mistake that Mayor Roberto Guerrero (Albert Martinez) assigned him to lead the operation. Besides, it also didn’t come as a surprise to him that it took him decades to hunt down Ramon, as he implied about his incompetence.
Rigor defended himself by arguing that if there’s one person who wants Ramon imprisoned and rot in there, it’s none other than him, as he wanted him to pay for all his crimes. He then assured Hector that he would make sure to take Ramon back, to which the latter clapped back by saying that he wanted results and not just talk.
Hector went on to warn Rigor—for the first and last time—that once they fail to get Ramon back, he won’t hesitate to recommend for him to be dismissed from his precinct.
