Just when Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends thought that they would succeed in taking Ramon (Christopher de Leon) away from the hospital, little did they expect that there was danger waiting for them at the parking lot.
As they were about to converge and load Ramon into the ambulance, which was supposed to serve as their getaway car, Angkong Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro) was able to get ahold of one of Tanggol’s friends, Oweng (Renz “Baby Giant” Baña).
Angkong Lucio took him as hostage, warning Tanggol that he would kill Oweng if he refused to surrender his father to them. Tanggol wasn’t initially inclined to heed his request, but hearing Oweng’s plea for him to be rescued by them, as well as being pressured by their other friends to save Oweng, compelled the main protagonist to accept the condition of the Red Phoenix group leader.
