Despite the pleas of Fatima (Andrea Brillantes) and her family for them to not pursue their plan, basically for their safety, Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends still proceeded to the hospital where Ramon (Christopher de Leon) was admitted.
As they observed how heavily guarded the hospital was, they came up with the idea of putting on disguises in order for them to gain entrance without anybody recognizing them. Bulldog (Mammoth), Dolfo (Ryan Martin), and Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo) pretended to be nurses attending to their unconscious patient lying on a hospital bed, played by Tanggol, while Oweng (Baby Giant) and Tanos (Big Mak) took charge of maneuvering the ambulance.
Bulldog, Dolfo, Enteng, and Tanggol succeeded in getting past the policemen who tried to stop them at the lobby, as Enteng told them that the patient was a transferee from another hospital and was scheduled for operation. At the same time, Oweng and Tanos also made it to the parking lot and even managed to get out of the ambulance without anyone noticing them.
However, as they arrived at the floor where Ramon’s room was located, Bulldog, Dolfo, and Enteng saw Rigor (John Estrada) from afar, so they steered Tanggol’s bed in another direction. Unfortunately, Rigor and his comrades were able to catch them and sensed something odd about them. Thus, he ordered them to remove their face masks, which they hesitantly heeded.
Rigor was able to recognize them and shouted, “Sina Tanggol!”, which served as a signal for Tanggol to get up and begin their skirmish against them. Unbeknownst to them, the Red Phoenix group led by Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro) had also arrived at the hospital and relentlessly shot the policemen stationed at the lobby.
