A few decades after their first-ever encounter, in which he assumed that he was able to kill him, Rigor (John Estrada) is more eager than ever to make Ramon (Christopher de Leon) pay for his transgressions, not just to the law for being a notorious drug lord, but most importantly to him, for ruining his life and family after what he did to Marites (Cherry Pie Picache).
Now that he is able to get him into his hands again, Rigor is tempted to completely finish him off, since he knows all too well that Ramon will only mess up his life anew if he makes it out alive. He asked P/Lt. Hector Victorino (Aljur Abrenica) if he could be the one to watch over Ramon while he was still unconscious on his hospital bed—and he agreed.
Thus, he cocked his gun and pointed it at Ramon’s forehead. However, he couldn’t make himself pull the trigger even though he was already overwhelmed with fury against him.
Little did he and his comrades know that Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends were already lurking on the hospital premises, just waiting for the right opportunity for them to infiltrate the establishment and execute their plan.
