While Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends were on their way to the fire exit, with Ramon (Christopher de Leon) still lying unconscious on his bed, they eventually saw themselves not just fighting against the police but also the Red Phoenix group of Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro).
As Oweng (Baby Giant) succeeded in switching off the electrical supply of the hospital at the parking lot, Tanggol, Bulldog (Mammoth), Dolfo (Ryan Martin), and Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo) had to exchange shots with their enemies in the dark—while making sure that his father, still lying unconsciously on his bed, was spared from the bullets in the midst of their shootout against the police and the Red Phoenix.
The remaining members of the police force, which included Rigor (John Estrada) and Hector (Aljur Abrenica), went out of their hiding place and attempted to gun down Tanggol and his friends anew.
