While the supporters of Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his team in San Dimas had assembled for the prayer rally organized by Roda (Joel Lamangan) and led by Rev. Fr. Ruben (Nanding Josef), someone uninvited arrives at the scene to sabotage their gathering.
He was none other than Tanggol’s number one basher, Rigor (John Estrada), who accused them of breaking the rule about campaigning on the very day of the elections. Rigor also went on to embarrass Tanggol, Marites (Cherry Pie Picache), and Tindeng (Charo Santos) in front of many people, as well as discourage everyone from voting for him, as he still perceives him as a good-for-nothing man.
Totally vexed upon being tagged by Tanggol as an “iskalawag” or corrupt, as well as threatened to be removed from the police force once he becomes the mayor of the City of Manila, Rigor wasn’t able to keep his cool and immediately took his gun out and pointed it at him. Being the fearless man that he is, Tanggol further pulled it towards his forehead and infuriatingly challenged him to pull the trigger.
Eventually, Tanggol heeded Tindeng and Roda’s plea for him to stop dealing with Rigor anymore, and they better leave for the polling place already to vote. Meanwhile, Rigor was asked by his close friend-slash-colleague Mando (Allan Paule) to put down his gun as he warned him that Tanggol would surely get back at him once he wins.
