Don Gustavo (Dante Rivero) once again had the chance to strike up a heart-to-heart conversation with Santino (Ronwaldo Martin), wherein he asked him about his family. He quizzed him on who among his family he considers the most hardworking, to which Santino replied that each one of them was able to contribute to putting food on the table.
The old man was pleased to know that Santino was raised well by his family, to which the latter agreed by commenting that even though they have misunderstandings and altercations, he’s still lucky and grateful to be part of his family.
Santino then went on to talk about Tanggol (Coco Martin) and recounted how he used to earn a living through illegal means. However, even though he was completely aware that what he was doing was wrong, Santino seemed to take pride in his older brother for finding a way—despite it being unlawful—to fulfill his dream of giving their family a better life and providing them with a better shelter.
If he and Tindeng (Charo Santos) could have only crossed paths again at a really opportune time, Don Gustavo told Santino that he would not hesitate to invite their family to live with him and his family at the Guerrero mansion. Although his family with Doña Pilar (Celia Rodriguez) considers Tanggol as a mortal nemesis, Don Gustavo is still keeping his hopes up to be able to fulfill his ultimate dream of having a complete family with Tindeng. He promised Santino that he’s indeed going to make it come true.
