Beauty queen and actress Michelle Dee filed a supplemental affidavit against social media personality Xian Gaza earlier this week. The legal camp of the Kapamilya singer shared that there is a possibility that they will seek an International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) red notice for the vlogger.
The Interpol red notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. A red notice is not an international warrant of arrest.

“Yun nga yung most of the questions no on how can we enforce yung let’s say there will be a warrant of arrest that will be issued kapag na file na yung kaso sa korte against Xian Gaza for several counts of cyber libel,” attorney Maggie Abraham-Garduque told the media.
“Isa po is kapag umuwi siya ng bansa–– since there’s a warrant of arrest already issued, pwede na siyang maarresto. Kapag hindi kasi naserve yung warrant of arrest sa kanya dito sa Pilipinas, pwede mag pa issue ng hold departure orders sa regional trial court kung saan naka sampa yung kaso,” she explained.
The lawyer shared that if Xian goes back to the Philippines, the Bureau of Immigration will be alerted and he could be arrested due to the complaints filed against him.
“Ganun din kung nasa ibang bansa naman siya. Our law enforcers pwede naman siya ipa[huli] sa interpol natin. May mga ways naman kung paano maaresto ang isang tao na wala dito sa Pilipinas,” she added.
Attorney Maggie gave Alice Guo as an example of how the Interpol’s red notice will work against the social media influencer.
“Siguro, we’ll just force our law enforcement agencies para makagawa ng paraan. Kung kinakailangan ng red notice sa interpol since hindi lang naman ito ang kanyang kaso at meron pa siyang ibang mga kaso at may pending warrant of arrest pa siya, pwede na natin ipalarma sa interpol para maissue siya ng red notice at maaresto siya kahit wala siya sa Pilipinas,” she asserted.
This statement comes after Michelle’s legal team filed a supplemental affidavit against Xian for his posts that they considered "defamatory and malicious” since the internet personality allegedly knows that there’s no truth to his posts against the beauty queen.
Previously, Michelle was also given a subpoena by the National Bureau of Investigation which was confirmed by attorney Maggie. They expressed that they will be complying with the subpoena.
