PAMPANGA — The first day of the much-awaited Aurora Music Festival in Clark, Pampanga on Saturday was filled with cheers, applause, and revelry from die-hard music fans.

Thousands flocked to the venue as early as 10 a.m. And despite some drizzling rain, fans were not deterred from catching a glimpse of their idols.

The band Cup of Joe and Adie played, everyone sang along with Juan Carlos, fell in love with Moira Dela Torre's singing, jammed with December Avenue, and danced along with the global sensation SB19.

"Sobrang saya! SB19!," said SB19 fan Elle Sanchez

"Mas nag-improve 'yung Aurora ngayon at mas bigatin ang mga performer,” said Mark Dave Paraiso.

The food stalls were also a hit, along with various booths and attractions like the hot air balloons that added color to the music festival.

"We have ten mini hot air balloons in different shapes and colors. Tapos we have the hot air balloon na talaga, three regular shape, tapos mayroon tayong isang special shape which is the rocket Philippine flag,” said Jose Marie Castro of Blue Skies Adventure Incorporated.
