MANILA -- The MYX Music Awards has officially revealed the nominees for its 2024 edition, featuring prominent artists such as BINI, SB19, Juan Karlos, Maki, and other celebrated personalities.
After a three-year hiatus, the MYX Music Awards returns to honor the Original Pilipino Music (OPM) artists who have made significant contributions to the industry through impactful songs and music videos that have resonated with fans and music lovers alike.
The competition for the coveted Artist of the Year award will see BINI, SB19, Lola Amour, and solo artists Maki and Juan Karlos vying for the title.

For the Song of the Year category contenders include "Dilaw" by Maki, "ERE" by Juan Karlos, "Pantropiko" by BINI, "Raining in Manila" by Lola Amour, and "Dionela Featuring Jay R's "Sining."
Additionally, various OPM acts will compete in categories such as Mellow Video, Pop Video, Hip-Hop Video, R&B Video, and Rock Video of the Year. Fans can also look forward to awards for collaboration, Breakout Solo Artist, Breakout Group, and Global Video of the Year, all open for fan voting.
Voting commenced today, October 5, at midnight and will continue until November 10, 2024. The fan votes will account for 60% of the final tally, while 40% will be based on results from the artists' poll.
Winners will be announced during the grand MYX Music Awards event scheduled for November.
