After a bronze medal finish in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference, coach Rald Ricafort emphasized that it was important for the team to recover, trading their jerseys for comfort to reset for what's next.

"We highly prioritize the balance between the work that we put in since the pre-season and the rest needed after every conference," Ricafort, who is also the PVL Press Corps Coach of the Year, said.
For setter Kim Fajardo, the breaks in between tournaments are for the players' mental health.
"It’s a time for self-realization," said Fajardo, who is bonding with her family diving into travel-focused shows like "Somebody Feed Phil" on Netflix.
Likewise, opposite hitter Jessey De Leon, who is also an architect, is also maximizing her downtime to focus on the arts.

"I really enjoy doing creative work whenever I feel inspired – it helps me reset and feel like myself again outside of the sport," she shared.
Ahead of the On Tour, PLDT bolstered its roster with the signing of Jessa Ordiales, Fianne Ariola, Winnie Bedaña, and Joan Monares.
