Strong Group Athletics
MANILA — Strong Group Athletics (SGA) continues to make big moves ahead of the 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference.
After loading up on veteran players like Ara Galang, Mylene Paat, Imee Hernandez, Remy Palma and Chie Saet, the group has secured two battle-tested coaches.
The group announced on Friday it has tapped former Petro Gazz Angels champion coach Koji Tsuzurabara and former Chery Tiggo Crossovers coach Kungfu Reyes.
The Japanese champion coach makes his return to the PVL, after parting ways with the Petro Gazz Angels in July 2025.
Since assuming his post in 2024, Tsuzurabara led the Angels to the 2024 PNVF Champions League and the 2024-2025 PVL All-Filipino Conference title.
Tsuzurabara's entry to SGA comes after the team has tested various coaches for its teams, the Farm Fresh Foxies and the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles.
Reyes is likewise joining the SGA stable after the exit of the now defunct Chery Tiggo Crossovers from the league.
With all its offseason moves so far, SGA seeks to bring its teams Farm Fresh and ZUS Coffee to greater heights in the upcoming All-Filipino Conference.
