MANILA — PLDT star and PVL Invitational Most Valuable Player (MVP) Savi Davison made sure to celebrate her recent achievements with her family.
After the awarding ceremony, when they were formally crowned the Invitational champions, Davison went up to the lower box of the Big Dome to be with her family, taking time to pose for photos with them.
Davison said sharing this special moment with her family "means a lot" to her.

"I feel like sharing this moment with them you know, having them support me through—I mean, when I even started volleyball, is a big thing and to finally come back full circle and have this moment in front of them, means a lot to me," said Davison.
"So, I'm glad that I can, you know, share it with them and, you know, have them part of the journey," the Fil-Canadian spiker added.
"They're a big reason why I'm here. They're the closest I can get to my mom right now."
Davison finally broke through and won an MVP award after a triumphant run in the 2025 Invitational.

They remained unscathed in two tournaments, capped by a 21-25, 31-29, 25-22, 25-18 win in the one-game final against Kobe Shinwa University on Sunday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
PLDT's usual go-to scorer fired 20 points on 19 attacks and one service ace to fuel PLDT's second straight crown.
