DASMARIÑAS, Cavite — Tots Carlos finally saw action once again in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).
However, her journey to recovery didn't go easy, coining it as "complicated" as she was sidelined for six long months due to an injury.
As she finally recovered, suiting up again for Creamline on Saturday, Carlos bared how she endured the whole process.

"Well, it was a bit complicated kasi 'yung injury ko. So, we had to figure out talaga kung ano 'yung nagwo-work sa 'kin. So, 'yun lang, sabi ko nga sa interview kanina, it took me a lot of patience and discipline to get back," said Carlos.
In her return, the ex-UP standout made her presence felt with 12 points, although the defending champions lost to Akari for the first time, 25-23, 23-25, 28-30, 25-23, 12-15. She stayed patient and disciplined, and was happy to compete for the Cool Smashers.
"Mindset also kasi, you know, when you have injuries, it's frustrating, so you really have to be patient. I learned a lot with everything that happened with my injury," she added.
"So, that's one thing to look at the other side naman. So, I'm happy naman na rin nakabalik ako."
