MANILA — Imports and Fil-foreign players have received approval to play in the 2025 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) signed their International Transfer Certificates (ITCs) early Wednesday morning, said PVL Control Committee Chairman Sherwin Malonzo.
"One hundred percent signed and active na lahat ng ITCs ng foreign guest players and Fil-foreign players," Malonzo told ABS-CBN News.

The import-laced tournament went all-Filipino Tuesday, as Anna DeBeer and Annie Mitchem did not see action for Zus Coffee and Akari, and Anyse Smith and Oleksandra Bytsenko were sidelined from the Choco Mucho-Capital1 match after PNVF's refusal to endorse their ITCs required for them to see action in Philippine soil.

Fil-American Tia Andaya also notably did not see action for the Flying Titans.
Playing without the ITCs "could have risked sanctions and affected players’ international eligibility," said the PVL.
The PVL released a fiery statement on Tuesday, expressing "deep frustration" on what it called as "unprofessional" and "obstructionist" attitude by the volleyball federation.

Choco Mucho went on to foil top pick Bella Belen and Capital1, 33-31, 26-24, 25-23, while Zus Coffee outlasted Akari in a five-set epic battle, 24-26, 25-23, 17-25, 26-24, 15-7.

In a statement on Wednesday afternoon, the PVL said that the games yesterday will be replayed on a later date, following agreement among participating teams.
The decision was made "in the spirit of fairness, competitive parity, and delivering the best possible experience to our supporters," said the league.
