While his brother, Lucas (Ronwaldo Martin), and their henchmen managed to make it back to their mansion following the intense shootout and high-speed car chase with the NCIA agents pursuing them, Victor “Tigre” Zafra (JM de Guzman) was finally arrested and taken to the NCIA headquarters following his failed attempt to escape because of Gabo’s (Coco Martin) unforeseen intervention.
The successful operation left NCIA Chief Fernando Delgado (Soliman Cruz) beaming with pride for Sam (Julia Montes), whom he had entrusted to lead the team that ultimately brought Victor to justice. Delighted by the outcome of the mission, the chief warmly congratulated her and her team for a job well done.
When Sam extended her hand for a handshake, Chief Delgado waved it off with a smile and opened his arms instead, wrapping her in a warm embrace to celebrate her remarkable accomplishment. Sam thanked him for the immense trust that he had given her and humbly insisted that it wasn’t only her who was responsible for the capture of their target, but it was the result of her team’s collective effort. Although they were a team, Chief Delgado told her not to discredit herself since she’d proven herself to be an exceptional agent and leader, making him so proud of her.
Spearheading the presentation of Victor to the press during the brief conference, Chief Delgado once again highlighted Sam’s excellent leadership. He told reporters that the operation would not have been possible without the NCIA team under her command. Chief Delgado then gave Sam
the floor to discuss how her team successfully apprehended Victor and went on to declare that the notorious syndicate leader’s arrest as one of the agency’s greatest accomplishments to date.
