Within moments after Jalil (Gerald Anderson) successfully saves his father, Datu Rahman (Jaime Fabregas), from Lara’s (Bela Padilla) murderous henchmen, as well as getting past a bewildered Usman (Ejay Falcon), they drive towards a quiet neighborhood, assessing whether there are still people pursuing them.
While resting for a short while, Jalil reassures Datu Rahman about his safety. Upon witnessing Jalil’s revelation involving his false identity as Major Allan Espina to Usman, the Datu inquires into Jalil’s transformation and how he managed to locate him.
In response, Jalil details that he had to become a part of NLEA and obtain a reputable identity, not only to find Datu Rahman but also to uncover the mastermind of their circumstances.
Datu Rahman then addresses the dangers inherent in Jalil’s plans and suggests for the two of them, alongside Jamilah (Barbie Imperial), to venture far from Manila. Ultimately, Jalil declares that they shall return to Isla Damai and promises to clear Datu Rahman’s unjustly marred name.
Since Isla Damai serves as the place where he was given a name, identity, and family, Jalil also pledges not to turn his back against their community and that he will never give up until he discovers the truth.
