Lara (Bela Padilla) quickly instructs Allan (Gerald Anderson) to stand by for a rendezvous with Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) once he nears the emergency area, where armed Metal 13 members are on guard.
Despite Task Force Alpha’s meticulous efforts to keep their mission peaceful with Director Azuelo (Rommel Padilla) and Axl’s (Marc Abaya) negotiations, violence ensues when the Metal 13 member inspecting the CCTVs alerts Axl of the tampered footage, uncovering Task Force Alpha’s trick, which allowed them to discreetly enter the hospital.
As Axl begins the attack, all of Task Force Alpha instantly engage in combat against their enemies. From the outside to the inside of the emergency room, Marcus easily takes down multiple Metal 13 members, similar to the equally skillful Allan.
The two then stand up, pointing guns toward one another, but actually eliminate their foes positioned just behind them.
