Metal 13 rushes over to S. Trinidad Hospital to save the critically injured Tommy (Yves Flores), the youngest brother of its core members, Axl (Marc Abaya) and Jovi (Joem Bascon). As soon as they break into the hospital, they unleash violence, forcing civilians outside and holding the remaining ones hostage inside.
Realizing the situation, Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) strictly orders Felix (Baron Geisler) to drive faster. Meanwhile, Allan (Gerald Anderson) questions Marcus’ agitated tone, and Usman (Ejay Falcon) informs him about Marcus’ mother, Teresa (Susan Africa), working at the hospital.
Hearing this, Allan suddenly remembers Teresa’s kindness, particularly when she had saved him as Jalil on the night he was fatally shot by Felix at the Dapayan Warehouse during his escape.
Back at the hospital, Axl commands his men to immediately guard the CCTVs to keep track of Task Force Alpha’s pursuit, further threatening to murder the civilians inside the hospital if they were to enter the premises.
As Tommy starts to cough blood, his frantic brothers proceed to find an available doctor to treat him. At the same moment, Marcus calls Teresa, who discreetly takes the call, with Jamilah (Barbie Imperial) subtly hiding her.
To no avail, Axl spots Teresa and angrily demands all phones be discarded. He then confronts Teresa again, forcing her to operate on Tommy.
Minutes later, Buster (Ace Carrera) successfully acquires access from the hospital’s CCTVs, while Lara (Bela Padilla) alerts Task Force Alpha of the progress being made. Watching the live footage on their phones, Allan zooms in to see his younger sister, Jamilah, dragged into the chaotic scene.
Allan then remembers his time as Jalil, especially his last conversations with Jamilah, who has been persistent in helping him find their father, Datu Rahman (Jaime Fabregas). For his promise, Jalil swears to rescue her as soon as he can.
Will Jalil and Jamilah finally reunite? Find out in “Blood vs Duty,” streaming on iWant and airing weeknights at 8pm on ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live (KOL).
