After a grueling drive to S. Trinidad Hospital, Task Force Alpha finally arrives, each member taking their defense positions behind their vehicles. Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) smoothly leads the team’s strategy, firstly explaining about the location of the hostages and suspects inside the emergency room.
In addition, Marcus also clarifies their primary objective, which is to secure the perimeter, while they wait for Lara (Bela Padilla) and Buster (Ace Carrera) to provide a blueprint of the hospital.
Realizing the endangered lives of Jamilah (Barbie Imperial) and Teresa (Susan Africa) at the hands of Metal 13 members Axl (Marc Abaya) and Jovi (Joem Bascon), Allan (Gerald Anderson) becomes restless and recklessly confronts Marcus.
Impatiently, Allan sharply reminds Marcus about Metal 13’s sole purpose in the hospital, which is to save their critically injured member, Tommy (Yves Flores). Allan continues his harsh request towards Marcus, insisting on Task Force Alpha attacking right away.
Marcus then attempts to calm Allan, dragging him by the shoulders while emphasizing that they can’t be hasty with their actions since there might be a lot of casualties. Talks of negotiation are next clarified by Marcus to become a momentary distraction before they carefully engage in combat.
Allan fiercely comments that Marcus should have told the team, while Marcus responds that Allan should have just asked earlier.
