Stella (Kim Chiu) could not help but fight back against Claudia (Sofia Andres) in the April 7 episode of “The Alibi.”
After visiting Vincent (Paulo Avelino) at the Cabrera News office, Stella heads home but unfortunately bumps into Claudia, causing the latter to drop the things she was carrying. Realizing it was Stella who caused the mishap, Claudia immediately flies into a rage.
Stella apologizes for her minor mistake, but Claudia refuses to let her go. “Hindi lang yun ang dapat ika-sorry mo. Sa pag-agaw mo sa asawa ko, hindi mo ihihingi ng tawad?” she snaps, pointing at Stella. Stella tries to brush her off, insisting she doesn’t have the time to clash with her.
Claudia hurls derogatory remarks at Stella, calling her a “whore” and “homewrecker,” before adding, “Ang kapal ng mukha mong pumunta dito sa teritoryo ko. The audacity!” This leads Claudia to spill her coffee on Stella, with Fiona (Alora Sasam) trying to restrain her from behind. Stella, losing her patience, fires back at Claudia.
“Pareho lang naman tayong kabit dito, ah? Pareho tayong madumi!” Stella escalates the scene inside the office, reminding Claudia that she was the one who first had an affair against her husband. “Mas malala ka pa nga eh, dahil kinalantari mo yung best friend ng asawa mo!” She revealed to other employees watching the confrontation.
Claudia then calls Stella a slut, to which Stella retorts, “Kung malandi ako, malandi ka rin. Adik pa!” She even claims that Claudia and Walter (Sam Milby) both used illegal drugs during the time of their relationship. “Pareho kayong adik!” Claudia then lunges at Stella, and the two get into a physical fight until Vincent arrives to break them apart.
