Vinluan (Emilio Daez) and Concendido (Kobie Brown) were among the young batch of promising police officers working in NLEA. Earlier in the day, the two happily greeted Usman (Ejay Falcon) and expressed their unwavering admiration for him, saying further that they will continue to believe that Usman was not the one responsible for Datu Rahman’s (Jaime Fabregas) escape.
Later in the night, while Vinluan and Concendido were diligently patrolling an area and were about to get some of their snacks, Felix (Baron Geisler) ominously arrives in a black van guarded by multiple suspiciously armed men.
While disguised in Muslim attire, Felix ruthlessly shoots the two officers to their deaths before quickly escaping the scene. Back in the van, Felix eerily smiles at his merciless accomplishment.
The next day, the demise of both Vinluan and Concendido became the subject of conversations of their fellow NLEA police officers and deeply affected Usman.
