In the aftermath of the unsuccessful search operation conducted for Jalil (Gerald Anderson) at Barangay Surga, Felix (Baron Geisler) strolls through the night and recalls his last battle with Jalil, who also caused the huge scar on his chest. With the resentment within him growing intense on account of the memory of his defeat, Felix then seethingly vows to get his revenge on Jalil someday.
Along his way back home, Felix witnesses an alcoholic father abusing his son. Unable to resist his anger at the sight, he beats up the father and, after a little time, comforts the frightened son before wandering away from the scene.
On the other hand, Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) returns to his personal investigation the following day. He then starts to recount Felix’s recent actions, particularly when he mercilessly and deliberately shot Jalil at Dapayan Warehouse and when he rebelled against Marcus’ orders during the tragic Zamboanga operation.
Marcus eventually extends his doubts to include Felix, who might have been playing a part in the suspicious occurrences all along.
