Kicking off with the exceptional Jake Cuenca, who took on the crucial character of Edong Santiago, naturally correlated forgiveness to inner peace. Unlike Edong, who had completely given up on starting anew and let himself drown in resentment, Jake always yearns to be peaceful, reminding viewers of the worth of learning how to forgive.
“It’s something even when it’s hard in the moment, I still give it,” Jake expressed.
For Jameson Blake, he took a more positive turn than what his controversial character Anton Montenegro would usually believe in, emphasizing the need to let go of pride and give second chances.

At a young age, Krystal Mejes is already known to impart unforgettable wisdom to her peers, which even got veteran artists amazed. “When you have the courage to accept, you’re also gonna find the courage to forgive… It always starts from forgiving yourself,” Krystal conveyed.
The versatile Mary Joy Apostol, who masterfully brought to life the eye-opening character of Liezel Basa, shared a similar perspective with Jake, equating forgiveness with peace.
“Kapag nag-forgive ka, hindi naman para doon sa tao, para sa sarili mo… Para bigyan ka ng peace at hindi ka na mag-overthink,” Majoy voiced.
Another man of intellect himself, Race Matias, having precisely embodied the remarkable Marco Torres in the show, further refined the meaning of forgiveness by following one’s apologies with actions.
“You have to show pa rin na you are constantly putting in the work to make sure na you’re better than the version of you who made the mistake,” Race underscored.
