The MABEL girls of “What Lies Beneath,” Kaila Estrada, Charlie Dizon, Sue Ramirez, and Janella Salvador, made a visit to Kapamilya Chat, bringing with them the excitement of the series’ plot twists.
Aside from career reflections, character critiques, and personal stories, the group happily participated in the mini challenges, including the immersive impostor game, where they blindly picked a secret word inside a cup and tried to match with the others’ conveyed vocabulary before voting for their suspected impostor.
The first round commenced smoothly, with Sue leading the rest and stating the name “Mrs. Mora.” Following the tension, Janella, Charlie, and Kaila each listed vague terms, from “backstabber” to the Tagalog adjective “bida-bida.”
Sue continues, heightening the atmosphere, this time using the profound term “unfocused.” Janella and Charlie both speak of the Filipino informal expressions “nangchi-chismis” and “makapal mukha.”
Soon after Kaila gives an “evil eye,” the playful banter between Sue and Janella ensues, with the two accusing each other of being the impostor.
When Sue points at Charlie, who denies the allegation and even challenges Sue to show her chosen word, the truth is revealed with laughter in the air, as Charlie is indeed the first-round impostor, holding the keyword “inggitera.”
The second round made the girls more nervous, as all didn’t want to become the impostor. Nevertheless, it was a smooth process, with them perfectly enumerating medical terminologies, spanning from Charlie’s “nurse,” Kaila’s “ambulance,” Sue’s “stethoscope,” and Janella’s “surgery.”
In the end, it was a hard choice between the four, with them cleverly matching the hinted topic. Kaila, who just purely guessed Janella as the impostor, was surprised that she was correct, as Janella had the keyword “hospital.”
