As it turned out, Roberto (Albert Martinez) once again tapped the Red Phoenix to assist the hacker he hired to manipulate the election results in completing the job. They wasted no time and immediately went to the precinct and began to attack once the electricity was cut off.
This, of course, caused commotion in various parts of Manila affected by the power outage, especially at the precinct wherein the remaining election personnel were busy wrapping up and transmitting the results to the NEC.
Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro) and a few of his henchmen took it as an opportunity to bring the hacker to the data room, while other members of the Red Phoenix had a shooting spree as they roamed around and gunned down everyone who would dare stop them.
