Hoping to give Matmat (Carlo Aquino) some inspiration for his commissioned project at OK Hospital, Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz) picks up the brush himself and starts putting paint on the wall, which only annoys Matmat. Their petty fight escalates until Matmat smears paint on Doc Anok’s face.
Later, in his office, Doc Anok has just finished cleaning the paint off when Mia (Anne Curtis) walks in. He immediately apologizes for the previous incident at the facility when she was strangled by her dementia-stricken father, Samuel (Michael De Mesa), during their meeting. Mia tells him there’s no need to apologize since he wasn’t the one who attacked her and she understands that, as her father’s attending physician, he simply made the decision to bring them together.
Doc Anok jestingly says she can just strangle him instead in front of the scenic seaside view from his balcony. He babbles animatedly, only to turn around and realize she is no longer there.
