After the doctors treated the wounds sustained by Alfredo (Juan Rodrigo) during their encounter with Doña Pilar (Celia Rodriguez) and her minions earlier that day, Tindeng (Charo Santos) asked him if he already felt better since they had to leave.
Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) and Tanggol (Coco Martin) tried to stop them for the umpteenth time, as did Ramon (Christopher de Leon) as he approached the couple on their way out.
He told them that they can stay in the mansion with them since there were still available rooms that they can use. However, Tindeng was already resolved to leave, telling him that she couldn’t take seeing or being under one roof with him because even though he had saved her, she still couldn’t forget that he was the same person who ruined her daughter’s life.
As Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) meddled to imply how ungrateful she was to their family’s kindness and warn them of the dangers that they might encounter outside, Tindeng retorted by saying that she was actually aware since she knew the Guerreros all too well. She and Alfredo then went on to leave.
