Patrick (Joshua Garcia) visits his 'manong' Matmat (Carlo Aquino), who has decided to stay at Nanay Li (Rio Locsin)’s house since their little spat earlier, bringing him clothes, only to find him repeatedly knocking his forehead against a cabinet. Patrick immediately blocks Matmat's head so it no longer hits the surface.
Patrick mutters an apology to his ‘manong’ yet Matmat is still hurt over the way Patrick yelled at him that morning at OK Hospital. So to win back his attention, Patrick explains that he simply lost his temper because someone had slapped him, referring to Cong. Ben (Leo Rialp), then even pretends that his cheek is swollen, which immediately makes Matmat worry and draw closer to inspect his brother’s face.
But when he fails to find any swelling, Matmat, thinking his brother is lying, becomes agitated to the point of completely losing control and repeatedly hitting Patrick, who chooses not to retaliate and instead keeps apologizing over and over.
