As Patrick (Joshua Garcia) begins his shift at OK Hospital, he’s introduced to patient Junjun (Albie Casiño), the son of a politician who keeps returning to the facility after repeatedly escaping. Diagnosed with manic syndrome, Junjun tends to become hyperactive during episodes, often stripping off his clothes whenever his mood and energy spike.
Despite the erratic behavior, Patrick quickly earns Junjun’s trust. After helping him get dressed, Junjun starts drifting into a vivid daydream, imagining himself back at his favorite place—a loud, crowded club. The high-energy party scene he sees in his mind overlaps with what’s actually happening in the facility, as if blurring the lines between fantasy and reality.
In his delusion, Junjun finds himself surrounded by girls on the dance floor, who turn out to be none other than the nurses and patients of OK Hospital. He dances with fellow patient Tommy (Bodjie Pascua), lifts a glass from Bella (Bianca De Vera)’s table as if it were a shot of alcohol, and begins recounting how he supposedly racked up a P200,000 bill from giving away drinks. He then fixates on the ID card dangling from Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz)’s neck, mistaking it for a credit card, and claims it got declined.
Convinced he needs to flee, Junjun imagines himself running through the streets, stripping off his clothes because they feel too heavy, only to realize that he’s already back inside the facility.
Patrick grounds him again with a playful tease, saying that he still runs faster than Junjun does. Delighted by the nurse’s confidence, Junjun accepts Patrick’s challenge to race him to the counseling room.
