Patrick (Joshua Garcia) arrives at OK Hospital just in time to see Nurse Pogi (Aljon Mendoza) glued to the monitor, amused as he watches the overly energetic behavior of patient Junjun (Albie Casiño), who’s currently in the isolation room. Nurse Gemma (Kaori Oinuma) and Nurse Patty (Almira Muhlach) look on helplessly, unable to stop Nurse Pogi from indulging in his little source of entertainment.
Junjun is already half-naked when Nurse Eden (Agot Isidro) walks in and covers the computer screen. She scolds Nurse Pogi and reminds him to show respect to their patient, no matter how entertaining Junjun’s actions may seem. The scene lets viewers know that Junjun is experiencing a manic episode—one of the patterns in his condition, which often causes him to become hyperactive and show exhibitionist tendencies when his energy levels spike.
It’s also revealed that Junjun has been in and out of the facility due to repeated escape attempts. Nurse Pogi then leans in and whispers to Nurse Patty how strange life is, considering that someone like Junjun, the son of a congressman, turns out to have a mental health condition and ends up in a psychiatric ward. But before he can say more, Nurse Eden hears the comment and immediately calls him out, telling him not to associate Junjun’s condition with his family background because even politicians are still human.
