Case in point: Bianca de Vera and Dustin Yu, whose growing closeness and “special feelings” for each other have already led fans to baptize their tandem as “DustBia.”

The teasing began when the male housemates showed off their best pick-up lines, and Dustin chose to make his move on Bianca, who, by that time, he was obviously already beginning to like. In front of the other housemates, Dustin asked Bianca which she prefers between “Mahal kita” and “I love you.” Bianca answered, “Mahal kita,” and Dustin bashfully echoed the same, “Mahal kita," sounding like they were making sweet little confessions. Their housemates squealed with kilig, while Dustin turned adorably shy.
With every shared conversation, they became even more open with each other. Everything felt natural between them when they started talking about their ideal types in terms of personality and looks. Then they mused on how those “types” can change over time. As they both shared, growing up teaches you that falling for someone isn’t always about your set standards, but it's really about timing and how someone makes you feel.
As days passed, Dustin and Bianca’s closeness only grew deeper, and they slowly became each other’s emotional support inside the PBB house, such as in that moment when Bianca opened up to Dustin about her fear of disappointing her parents. She was feeling really down, but Dustin was right there to comfort her in the sweetest way, reassuring her that she doesn't need to change anything about who she is, and that staying true to herself is more than enough.
Their co-housemates, and even houseguest Kim Ji Soo, could feel DustBia's chemistry during their impromptu acting scene for the rehearsal of a live P-Drama show they were about to do with the Korean actor. In the scene, they were strangers bumping into each other, locking eyes, and introducing themselves. The way they delivered it was 'OA sa kilig,' so much so that if Kuya had neighbors, they probably would have been startled by the housemates' loud screams. And when they finally performed the full P-Drama task, Dustin and Bianca’s chemistry became one of the highlights of the story.
It felt like a scene straight out of a romantic movie—only this time, it was completely unscripted—when Dustin could no longer hold back and finally confessed his feelings to Bianca. "Gusto kita," he said, and Bianca appreciated his honesty.
