For longtime followers of Ivana, it’s no secret that she once named Joshua as her ultimate showbiz crush. Now, he's her leading man in a teleserye that’s special on many levels, most notably, as the first Filipino series filmed in Morocco.
In a teaser clip, we’re dropped into the vibrant heart of Morocco, with a wide aerial shot of a colorful and busy plaza. Ivana emerges amid the crowd, turning heads in a red Arabic dance costume as a street performer. Joshua, seemingly new to the place, watches from within the sea of people, amused as she directs her flirty dance toward him.
A commotion then breaks out as police officers push through the bustling crowd and Joshua’s character insists his wallet is missing. The scene escalates into a chase through a stone path, with Ivana appearing to be the target, and Joshua trapped in the tension as he urges her to surrender.
Airing in 2026, "Love is Never Gone" follows closely after Joshua’s well-received performance in the local adaptation of "It’s Okay to Not Be Okay" with Anne Curtis, while also marking Ivana Alawi’s return to primetime drama since "A Family Affair" in 2022.
