While the opposition team was huddling at their office as they tried to investigate what seemed to be overpriced relief packs being sent to the community affected by fire, Don Gustavo (Dante Rivero) made a surprise visit.
This, of course, appalled them, especially Tindeng, who instantly got furious just by the sight of the old man who gave her the trauma that has haunted her through the years. Roda (Joel Lamangan) and Alfredo (Juan Rodrigo) attempted to drive him off, but Don Gustavo was persistent and even had the gall to ask Tindeng for them to rekindle the non-existent romance they used to have when he was still the mayor of Manila while she worked for him as one of his staff.
Tindeng was absolutely enraged and reminded him of his and his family’s offenses to her and her family, then hit Gustavo with the bouquet of flowers he was trying to offer her and walked off. As Gustavo followed her and forced himself on her, Alfredo suddenly punched him on the face, which caused him to fall on the floor.
Roberto (Albert Martinez) saw what happened and ordered the security guards to get hold of Alfredo and surrender him to the police. Thus, even though she despises their family, Tindeng pleaded for Roberto not to have Alfredo arrested and to just let this pass since it was not him who started the commotion after all. But Roberto told her that decision was not his to make but Gustavo’s, which left Tindeng speechless.
