Just when Roberto (Albert Martinez) thought that he was extremely corrupt during his time as mayor of the City of Manila, little did he know that his son-cum-younger brother, Miguelito (Jake Cuenca), was astonishingly greedier than him.

As the Office of the City Mayor prepares the relief packs that they’re going to send to the families and individuals affected by the massive fire that ravaged the houses and properties of their constituents in Barangay Poblete, Miguelito came up with the idea of using the city’s calamity fund in purchasing the relief packs.

He also ordered their executive assistant, Sandy (Sandy Aloba), to procure the relief packs worth P800 each, then advised the budget controller of the city hall to indicate in the documents that each pack cost P15,000. The staff tried to argue against inflating the expenses to almost 20 times, saying that Roberto used to only pad the budget 10 times. Miguelito told the staff that he’s different from Roberto and threatened to fire her, which prompted her to shut up and immediately leave to process the documents needed.

While Jackie (Angel Aquino) was one proud mama for his son’s wicked misconduct, Roberto was dumbfounded by it. As the vice mayor, it was Roberto who spearheaded the councilors’ meeting with regard to the approval of the proposed budget for the calamity fund, which the opposition team tried to object to as they demanded transparency. But since there were just the three of them, the plea of councilors Emilio Umali (Jun Nayra),

Evelyn Dumlao (Jun Nayra), and Tonyo Mercado (Nor Domingo) fell on deaf ears as the majority won, and Roberto immediately adjourned the meeting.
