He may be a fresh face for many viewers, but “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0” housemate Rave Victoria has been apparently pretty popular among his more than half a million followers across social media, where he actively creates content about his fitness journey.
But aside from hitting the gym, where he dedicates most of his time to working out and improving himself, Rave is able to maintain his good physique by running and playing basketball.
Since he’s still new in the industry, the “Optimistic Apo ng Tarlac” considers his endorsement for a popular softdrink brand early this year, as well as his appearance in a fastfood chain commercial for a limited product, his greatest achievements so far. It was through that softdrink TV advertisement shot in Boracay that he got to work for the first time with his ultimate idol, Joshua Garcia, whom he considers his role model when it comes to artistry.
Another celebrity whom he already got the chance to work with was “PBB Collab” ex-housemate Josh Ford, recounting that they once shared a modelling gig with him. However, he considers him more of an acquaintance.
The 18-year-old Star Magic rookie has already completed senior high under the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strand but has chosen to pause his studies for two years to focus on exploring opportunities in the entertainment industry. Even though the strand he had picked was science-related, Rave is inherently business-minded, for he was more drawn to subjects connected to entrepreneurship when he was still studying.
Making friends is not that difficult for Rave since he actually keeps two main circles in the outside world—his former classmates and his gym friends. Besides, he also regards his cousin as his best friend.
Despite being the youngest among his gym friends, he actually loves listening to their stories and giving them pieces of advice while also celebrating his milestones in life. He may be known to be the playful and lively one within his groups, yet he’s also someone you can talk to seriously. He also values his friendships so much and doesn’t want to lose them, so he wants conflicts to be resolved peacefully and as soon as possible. Although he rarely gets angry, he admits being triggered instantly when jokes cross the line and go below the belt.
As the “PBB Collab 2.0” housemates recently opened up about their respective “multo” or ghosts in life, Rave mentioned that it has been his grandma who raised him ever since his parents got separated and went on to have lives of their own. Even though they’re able to establish a tight bond, he actually hasn’t introduced any special someone to her yet since his grandma is strict. However, he claimed that he’s a “date-to-marry" kind of guy.
At 18, his ultimate goal in life is to give his family a better life, to star in a movie, and to have a gym of his own someday. Aside from it being one of his aspirations to become a housemate, another reason why he’s eager to make it to the “PBB” is for him to be able to inspire others with his story.
Show your love and support for Rave by following his journey in “PBB Collab 2.0.” Viewers can watch it online via livestreams on the PBB YouTube Channel, Kapamilya Online Live (KOL), and iWant.
