After wrapping up their “Kabataang Pinoy” dance choreography task, Princess Aliyah found herself opening up to her co-leader Lella Ford. During their conversation, she admitted that she’s been struggling to adjust inside Bahay Ni Kuya, especially keeping up with the other housemates' high energy. Even in the outside world, she also dealt with that constant feeling of being left out in group settings, of always trying to catch up just to belong.
Princess shared how she often forces herself to match other people’s rhythm just so she wouldn’t feel out of place. The calm and understanding Lella got where Princess was coming from, so she advised her that she doesn’t have to push herself to match everyone’s vibe just to belong.
Lella reminded Princess that life’s already hard as it is, and she doesn’t need to make it heavier by trying to please everyone. What she deserves, Lella said, are friends who feel light to be around
