As the truth unravels, Eden, now wearing her true identity as Ingrid (Agot Isidro), returns to the mansion in Episode 63 of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay."

And the first person she visits is Dipong, the man who was among the last to see her alive before she disappeared. Dipong's obsession with Ingrid resurfaces as they meet again. But Ingrid has never felt fond of the man, especially now that she's discovered he sided with Olivia (Maricel Laxa). Years ago, she slashed his face with her long nails, which explains that long scar. This time, she leaves no scar, only death, as Ingrid kills Dipong by stabbing him in the neck with a knife.

After wiping out Dipong, Ingrid leaves to confront her next target, Olivia, whom she finds visiting Samuel (Michael De Mesa)'s grave. Fear and shock flood Olivia's face as Eden reveals herself as Ingrid. With a cold laugh, Ingrid mocks Olivia’s love for Samuel, saying she has always known her husband once had a college sweetheart but never cared to learn who the woman was because there was no reason to feel threatened since her marriage to Samuel was nothing more than an arrangement, hinting that she never truly loved her husband.

Meanwhile, Mia (Anne Curtis) and Matmat (Carlo Aquino) prepare for their book interview. Patrick (Joshua Garcia) urges caution, but Mia reassures him they’ll be home safe by the end of his hospital shift. The interview turns out well. Mia calls "Nakita Mo Ba Ang Mukha Ko?" her most special book yet because she wrote it surrounded by the people who matter to her. Matmat starts off anxious, but finds courage and comfort as Mia squeezes his hand.

The interviewer praises Matmat and commends Mia's comeback as an author. And what a comeback it truly is—not just for Mia, but for her mother, Ingrid, who returns to the woods where she once ended Tessie (Meryll Soriano)'s life, no longer disguised in a nurse’s uniform but back in her dark, witch-like form.

A chilling flashback shows that during the time everyone thought Ingrid had vanished, she was actually being kept under the care of a surgeon (Epi Quizon), who performed an operation that altered her face. Because she exhibited signs of dangerous psychosis, she was not allowed to leave the house for a time. It was there that she met a young boy named Vio, who would later grow up to be her adopted son played by Raven Rigor. One day, as the doctor checked on her condition, he suddenly suffered a heart attack after drinking water, strongly suggesting that Ingrid had poisoned him. She used his death to escape and continue her plans, which she documented in her unpublished final book.

It is also revealed that she was secretly watching Samuel as he was battling for his life in OK Hospital, and then pretended to panic and called for Doc Emman (Mark Oblea) when the heart monitor flatlined, as if she hadn’t been watching him die all along.

"At ngayon, itinakda ng bruha ang pagbabalik niya para bawiin ang supling na hinulma ng buong pagkatao niya," reads a line from Ingrid’s manuscript. That time has come. Eden is shown killing the guards stationed at the mansion one by one so she can enter unnoticed.

Meanwhile, at OK Hospital, everyone is shocked by the news that Olivia’s body has been found inside the cemetery. Realizing that if Eden could eliminate Olivia, she could target one of them next, Patrick rushes out of the hospital to check on Mia.

Back at the mansion, Matmat arrives home alone, puzzled why the guards Vincent sent are missing. He opens the door to his room and freezes as he finds a woman in black standing by the window. It's Eden/Ingrid.

This means Ingrid and Mia’s long-dreaded reunion is coming. Catch the last two episodes of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live (KOL), A2Z, and TV5, weeknights at 8:45 PM. Watch it in advance on iWant.
