"Highlight of my year.. or shall I say, the highlight of my career."
These were the words of Angelica Panganiban after attending the 2026 Global OTT Awards in Busan, South Korea, where her series The Silent Noise took home the Best Asian Contents award. She was also nominated for Best Lead Actress in the awards ceremony.
On Instagram, the actress expressed her gratitude to everyone who had been part of her journey in bringing the series to life.
"Maraming salamat sa tiwala ABSCBN Studios. Mula noon, hanggang ngayon. To the whole team of The Silent Noise, kinilala at pinarangalan sa Korea Global OTT💪 ibang level 😭 sa lahat ng bumuo, lalo na sa creative team, pagpugay sa pagiging matapang sa pag kwento," she remarked.
Angelica also paid tribute to her fellow cast members, praising their talent and dedication.
"Sa mga co actors ko, hindi ko alam kung may makakatrabaho pa kong kasing huhusay ninyong lahat. Lalo na sa favorite leading man ko @onlyzanjoemarudo at sa bago kong leading lady 😘 @missmylenedizon."
The Kapamilya star likewise thanked director Onat Diaz for guiding her throughout the project. "Direk @onatdiaz your guidance has brought me to the international stage ❤️ maraming maraming salamat."

She also expressed her appreciation to her styling and makeup team for helping boost her confidence. "At Salamat sa mga sobrang proud at mga una kong tinawagan magmula nakuha namin ang nominasyon. @lizzzuy @stylizedstudio @nericbeltran @gelalaurel @valeriecorpuz_ @mrs.nbrs i have never been this confident dahil sa pag aalaga ninyo sakin."
Angelica went on to dedicate the achievement to Filipinos everywhere.
"Ang tagumpay ng bawat Pilipino ay tagumpay nating lahat. Mabuhay ang gawang Pinoy," she said.
The Silent Noise premiered on March 20 on Prime Video. As per its synopsis, the series follows "a deaf young man whose suppressed truth resurfaces when a body is discovered in their small town—threatening the fragile peace his family has long fought to preserve."
