MANILA -- The full trailer for Dreamscape Entertainment's upcoming romance-drama series starring Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi has been released.
Set in Morocco, "Love Is Never Gone" blends romance and suspense and marks the first teleserye pairing of Garcia and Alawi.
It follows the story of Teo (Garcia), a devoted son who dreams of a better life for his family. Teo falls victim to Yana (Alawi), a cunning thief known as the "Chameleon," and soon learns that she steals out of desperation to care for her sick mother.
Yana's ties to a crime syndicate then lead to betrayal and Teo's wrongful imprisonment, leaving him convinced that she destroyed him.
Also part of the cast are Jameson Blake, Jane Oineza, Michael de Mesa, Epy Quizon, Fyang Smith, JM Ibarra, and Dina Bonnevie.
"Love Is Never Gone" is directed by Emmanuel Palo and Jojo Saguin and written by Ayi Tamayo.
Last week, Prime Video announced that the series will premiere on May 8.
Before "Love Is Never Gone," Garcia starred in the family drama "Meet, Greet & Bye" and the Philippine adaptation of "It's Okay To Not Be Okay."
Alawi, on the other hand, was last seen in the hit action series "FPJ's Batang Quiapo.
